It's what's inside that counts :: South Park controversy

I realize that any portrayal of the physical representation of the Prophet Muhammad is said to be blasphemous, and in the spirit of religious tolerance, I think that most people would respect that; however, I, for one, have never expected that from Trey Parker and Matt Stone. I'm just wondering if this backlash is because the South Park creators used an image of Muhammad (which they've done before, to no outcry) or if the issue is that they've put the Prophet inside something as unflattering and ridiculous as a bear suit…after all, the physical image of Muhammad, in this instance, would be contained inside the bear suit. Disrespectful? yes. Worthy of violence or death? I don't know…but I'm sure the drug-sniffing Buddha will know the answer. http://amplify.com/u/4wok
